Does the rent come to my own account?

Yes. Your tenant pays you directly by cash, UPI, bank transfer, card or cheque. You record the payment in the app, with the UTR if there is one, and share the receipt.

What is ZygoRent?

ZygoRent is a PG management and hostel management app for owners and managers in India. It also works for flats, shops, offices and showrooms. Rooms and beds, tenants, rent collection, tenant KYC, police verification, electricity bills, staff and accounts, all from your phone, in 10 languages.

Does ZygoRent help with police verification?

Yes. Upload the certificate your tenant already has, or ask our team to help with verification. It stays on the tenant's record.

How much does it cost?

₹30 per bed per month on the yearly plan, ₹35 on six months and ₹40 on three months. You pay once for the plan length you choose.

Can I use it for a hostel, flats or co-living?

Yes. ZygoRent is also hostel management software, and it works for co-living, flats, studio apartments, shops, offices and showrooms. Single, double, triple and four-sharing rooms, 1 RK and 1 BHK are all supported.

How does rent collection work?

Rent is added on each tenant's billing day. You send a WhatsApp reminder in one tap. When the tenant pays by cash, UPI, bank transfer, card or cheque, you record it, in full or in part, and share a PDF rent receipt.

Can it split the electricity bill between tenants?

Yes. Enter the room's meter reading. The app works out the electricity bill at your per-unit rate, splits it between the tenants in the room and adds each share to their dues.

Do my tenants need to install anything?

No. You send them a link. They do their Aadhaar KYC and sign the rent agreement on their own phone, in the browser.

I already have everything in Excel. Do I have to type it again?

No. Upload your sheet, one row per bed, and the floors, rooms, beds and tenants come in together.

Does it work in my language?

Yes. English and nine Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi. Change it any time from More → Language.

Do I need a computer?

No. ZygoRent runs fully on your phone, Android or iPhone. Owners and managers sign in with a 6-digit WhatsApp code.

What happens if my plan ends?

Nothing is deleted. The app becomes read-only until you renew, and then everything is back as it was.
